Two Today

Today is Cheyenne's second birthday so I thought I should show you some photos I took when I was down in Bendigo in January. Unfortunately, the video was accidental and is shot on the side, but you can still see how cute she is........

It was very dry in Bendigo and they are really desperate for rain. Chris's parent's farm has no grass although a flash storm just before Christmas filled up their dam. They have had to get rid of all their cattle.

Two days after I arrived in Bendigo Cheyenne got really sick and we ended up taking her to the hospital twice in the week with huge temperatures. Turns out she had Whooping cough, even though all her immunisations were up to date. I certainly know my way around Bendigo Hospital now.

Em and Chris seem happy down there, although Chris did mention he would like to come back to Coffs one day. Em is working a few days a week sewing and Chris is working for a local agricultural water systems company. They are renting a house fairly close to town (it's walkable) and have a bit of a back yard, and a big shed - much more space to move than the little flat they had here.

Back to work last week for me, although Terry hasn't had any more offers yet ..............
